This is a round-neck sports knitted T-shirt for men that we have been authorized by Head to produce and export to Chile. The fabric composition is a common polyester-nylon blended single jersey fabric used in sportswear, consisting of 75% nylon and 25% spandex，with a weight of 140gsm. The fabric has strong elasticity, good wrinkle resistance, and a soft texture with excellent skin-friendly properties. It also possesses moisture-wicking capabilities, and we can add antibacterial functions according to customer requirements. The garment is produced using seamless technology, which allows different knitting structures to be seamlessly joined on the same fabric. This not only enables the combination of different colors of plain knitted fabric and mesh on the same fabric but also incorporates different structures and functional fabrics, greatly enhancing the comfort and diversity of the fabric. The overall pattern is created using jacquard technology on cationic dyeing, giving the fabric a textured and attractive hand feel, while also being lightweight, soft, and breathable. The left chest logo and inner collar label are using heat transfer print, and the neck tape is specially customized with a brand logo print. This series of sports T-shirts is highly favored by sports enthusiasts, and we can customize different colors, patterns, and styles.
Due to the adoption of seamless technology and taking into account the costs of pattern making and machinery, we recommend a minimum order quantity of 1000 pieces per color for our customers.
