Pique

in a broad sense refers to a general term for knitted fabrics with a raised and textured style, while in a narrow sense, it specifically refers to a 4-way, one-loop raised and textured fabric knitted on a single jersey circular knitting machine. Due to the evenly arranged raised and textured effect, the side of the fabric that comes in contact with the skin offers better breathability, heat dissipation, and sweat wicking comfort compared to regular single jersey fabrics. It is commonly used for making T-shirts, sportswear, and other garments.

Pique fabric is typically made from cotton or cotton blend fibers, with common compositions being CVC 60/40, T/C 65/35, 100% polyester, 100% cotton, or incorporating a certain percentage of spandex to enhance the fabric's elasticity. The texture of Pique fabric is created by interweaving two sets of yarns, resulting in raised parallel core lines or ribs on the fabric surface. This gives Pique fabric a unique honeycomb or diamond pattern, with different pattern sizes depending on the weaving technique. Pique fabric comes in a variety of colors and patterns, including solids, yarn-dyed.，jacquards, and stripes. Pique fabric is known for its durability, breathability, and ability to hold its shape well. It also has good moisture absorption properties, making it comfortable to wear in warm weather. We also provide treatments such as silicone washing, enzyme washing, hair removal, brushing, mercerizing ，anti-pilling, and dulling treatment based on customer's requirements. Our fabrics can also be made UV-resistant, moisture-wicking, and antibacterial through the addition of additives or the use of special yarns.
