This product is a women's T-shirt authorized by the surfing brand Rip Curl in Chile, which is very suitable for young and energetic women to wear at the beach in summer.
The t-shirt is made of blend 60% cotton and 40% polyester single jersey, with a weight of 145gsm. It undergoes garment dyeing and acid wash processes to achieve a distressed or vintage effect. Compared to unwashed garments, the fabric has a softer hand feel. Moreover, the washed garment does not have problems such as shrinking, distortion, and color fading after water washing. The presence of polyester in the blend prevents the fabric from feeling too dry, and the distressed parts are not completely faded. After garment dyeing, the polyester component results in a yellowish effect on the collar and sleeve shoulders. If customers desire a more jeans-like whitening effect, we would recommend using 100% cotton single jersey.
The T-shirt features a flock print process, with the original pink print blending harmoniously with the overall washed-out and worn-out effect. The print becomes softer in hand feel after washing, and the worn-out style is reflected in the print as well. The sleeves and hem are finished with raw edges, further highlighting the worn-out feel and style of the garment.
It is worth noting that in the garment dyeing and washing process, we usually recommend customers to use relatively conventional water-based and rubber printing, as the incomplete shape of the velvety pattern after washing is relatively difficult to control and may result in a high rate of loss.
Similarly, due to the higher loss in garment dyeing compared to fabric dyeing, there may be different minimum order quantities. A small quantity order may result in a high rate of loss and additional costs. We recommend a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces per color for garment dyeing styles.
